Sometimes A Bad Day Is Really Your Lucky Day!

These three kitties were looking for an afternoon snack and came across some yummy tuna, but it’s in the back of a suspicious looking box. They can’t resist something that stinky! It’s too irresistible, so in they go . . . then BAM! . . . it’s just them and the tuna . . . in a suspicious looking box with no way out! They had to have been thinking: “Mmmmm, bad decision!” Turns out they won the lottery! All winners received an all expense paid trip to the vet where they were vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and got a clean bill of health! OK, they were probably still thinking this was not the lottery they would’ve signed up for! But their whole world was about to change. These lottery winners also received fur-ever homes!

The white pair are siblings, born to a feral mom, but young enough to be suitable for adoption. Together, they became part of a loving family to live a life they had no idea existed.

The orange girl was apparently a lost cat, much too social to be a feral. At the vet, we discovered she’d already been spayed and appeared to have been well cared for in the past. WAAG fostered her while we searched to reunite her with her family. Our many attempts at finding her family ultimately failed. A Meet-N-Greet was arranged for a family interested in adopting her. It was love at first site, the deal was sealed! She’s now in a home where she truly belonged all along . . . with a family who feels like THEY were the ones rescued!
